Cameron Highlands

After a 4 hour bus journey turned into an 8 hour bus journey, we arrived at Cameron Highlands! After finding a place in the village Tanah Rata to stay we caught a taxi to visit the tea plantation! We enjoyed some tea and Hannah and Kate had some scones with an incredible view of the fields! The heavens then opened so we got a taxi back to the hostel and decided to brave the rain and visit a market where we tried a wide range of Indian cuisine! Today we went on a land rover cruise around the Cameron highlands. First we visited the Boh Tea Estate, randomly owned by some Scottish peeps and took some lovely photos of the people cutting the tea leaves. Then we ventured to one of the highest points in the Cameron Highlands, Bringchang Mountain which had amazing views! We then went to the Mossy Forest which looked like something from lord of the rings! After a few slip, falls and climbs we managed to reach another amazing view! Then we visited a strawberry field where we all enjoyed some strawberries, strawberry waffles, strawberry milkshakes and scones! Then between us we bought four massive boxes of strawberries and Hannah and Bethan bought to jars of jam!! The weirdos!! Then we went to a butterfly farm and had some piccies with some butterflies and got to hold a turtle, scorpion and millipede!! Then we ventured to ANOTHER temple, called Sam Poh and headed home!

Next stop Taman Nagaa aka the jungle!!
