Soooo we got to the airport in plenty of time for our plane to Darwin and suprise suprise we didn't have have visas for Australia!!! After a few phone calls to STA travel (costing millions of pounds) we managed to sort it out! Andddd no problem with my passport Hurrah!!!
We then arrived at Darwin airport where Bethan and Hannah got stopped at customs and there bags got searched! They were tipped upside down and inside out! We only had an hour before our next flight and surprise surprise customs took foreverrr! By the time they'd finished he check in desk was closed! Luckily they held the plane for us ... but sadly our bags did not make it! :( Our bags were meant to going on a later flight that day!
So after traipsing around in our sweaty clothes all day we manage to stay awake and get our bags back at 1am!! That is after arriving in Australia at 10am!! And leaving Singapore the previous day! Splendid!!
